The House

Built in 1790, this elegant Georgian House has 10 bed rooms on the first and the second floor. From the entrance hall, on the left there is a large drawing room with big windows, and on the right, there are a morning room opens to the back of the house and a sitting room facing the front. We are hoping to open the ground floor for meetings and conferences soon. (subject to planning permission)

The first in the UK, a Japanese Sake Brewery and visitor Centre will be opened to the public in June 2018. Test Brewing will start Autumn 2017.

NGS - Fordham Abbey
Due to the building work for the Sake Brewery and renovation work to the House and the garden, we are not hosting NGS Open Garden in 2017.

However, we are taking limited group(10+) bookings for garden tours & tea during mid July- September 2017.  Please phone: 01638-721695
