On Saturday 30th April 2016
from 10a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Biggest Painting in the World Project is aiming to nurture a peace-loving spirit in the children of the world,
regardless of country, religion or ethnicity, to widen their views of the world
and to foster a momentum to preserve the beautiful environment of Planet Earth.
The paintings will be displayed at the G7 Summit in Japan on 26th May 2016 and ultimately at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics
for more details about the Project:
Cambridge International School students completed one big painting measuring 1m x 5m during their Easter Term and 30 children took part and completed two big paintings at Fordham on the day. They were later sewn together and displayed at Haneda Airport in Japan.
The below are some pictures at Cambridge International School and some from the day at Fordham Abbey.
