Brewery Tour Dates 2025

Brewery Tour & Lunch Booking Form for 10th August 2015

2025 Brewery tour and tasting will remain at £40 per person, lasting approx 80 minutes. 

You will taste 2 of our fresh/mana/unpasteurized premium sake; Dojima Junmai and Kijoshu Cambridge.   Nama/unpasteurized sake is not available outside Fordham Abbey. 

There may not be as many dates as previous years, as we don’t allow guests in the brewery building during the brewing periods.    Our first batch of brewing starts in late March 2025.

        Hinamatsuri Special lunch – Doll Festival 

        Enjoy the gardens and visit the shrine, too.

          The Japanese Garden now has new striking Torii gate in front of the shrine,
