Brewery Tour Dates 2026
2026 Brewery tour and tasting will remain at £40 per person, lasting approx 80 minutes.
You will taste our fresh/mana/unpasteurized premium sake; Dojima Junmai or Kijoshu Cambridge. Nama/unpasteurized sake is not available outside Fordham Abbey.
There may not be as many dates as previous years, as we don’t allow guests in the brewery building during the brewing periods. Our first batch of brewing starts in late March 2026.

Details
The afternoon begins with a guided brewery tour led by Kumiko Hashimoto, head brewer at Dojima, followed by a seated tasting of three sakes brewed at Dojima Brewery and three cheeses from Provisions London, an importer of artisan food and wine.
Guests will be guided through a carefully curated pairing of fresh and cellar-aged sake, paired with cheeses chosen for texture, depth, and umami — a rare opportunity to explore how time, structure, and aging shape flavour.

The tasting will be guided by Hugo Meyer Esquerré, founder of Provisions London, alongside the Dojima team, with discussion centred on flavour, structure, and the harmony between sake and cheese.
