Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing)

Let go of judgements, expectations and concepts. Go with the wind, step into the Fordham Abbey zen garden and reconnect. We will surrender into a journey where we go from zero to one, nothing to everything in a circle and repeat, exploring calmness and passion, silence and sound.

Tea ceremony

“Ichi-go ichi-e (one time, one meeting)”

Find the present moment together in the tea ceremony with our complete awareness and appreciation. We turn the act of making tea into an artful exercise of consciousness

Cacao ceremony

Do you know the saying of raw cacao can open the heart? We will gently touch your heart and guide you into an inner journey. We are serving organic, raw and criollo variety of 100% ceremonial cacao (Theobroma Cacao), it is not like any other chocolate. It is a natural plant medicine, the taste is bitter but naturally high in iron, magnesium and B-complex vitamins. We suggest you join us with empty stomach for at least 3 hours to have the full experience. Our shamanic journey will begin with the cacao ceremony. This ceremony can be a healing experience rebalancing energies in the body to regain health.

Yin&Yang Balance – Guided Meditations

Day 1: Yin

On the first day, we will find our soften heart, quiet mind and your inner garden. Elena will guide you through meditation and breath work. There is no final destination. We will only be experiencing and witnessing self-consciousness and the group’s vibrations. We can share or we can remain silent. This is the time for yourself. This session will include the Tea Ceremony using a Japanese hibachi fire pit.

Day 2: Yang

Godai (Five Elements)

On the second day, we will discover passionate self with Godai – Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Void, the Five Elements of Japanese Buddhism. Elena will integrate a shamanic journey with drumming. This session will include the Cacao Ceremony using a Japanese hibachi fire pit.

About Elena

An adventurer, a mystic and a nomad. Elena’s inner journey began early in life as she observed and participated in family spiritual experiences from churches to temples, witnessing that love can transcend into physical and emotional suffering. She is a strong believer that the first step for finding love is from within and connecting with our hearts.

Meditating is an integral part of the process in self rediscovery, redefining, reconnecting with yourself and the source. Elena has completed worldwide trainings and retreats, and is still continuously learning and awakening, different aspects of consciousness.
